Prawn and Ginger Dumpling
...
Ginger has always been a traditional and essential ingredient in Chinese cooking, used not only for its unique flavour but also for its health benefits. Unsurprisingly when we developed Prawn and Ginger Dumplings, it was a match made in foodie heaven. Rough-chopped fresh prawns are combined with just the right amount of fragrant ginger before being hand-wrapped in our traditional wonton-style pastry. Tasty and versatile, Chan’s Yum Cha at Home’s Prawn and Ginger Dumpling can be steamed, boiled, pan fried or deep fried for any occasion.
